Woodstock Santa Claus Parade 2025: Join Us for a Night of Holiday Magic

The most wonderful time of the year is almost here - and in Woodstock, that means it’s parade time! The annual Santa Claus Parade will roll through downtown on Saturday, November 15 at 6 p.m., bringing all the festive cheer we’ve been waiting for.
If you’ve never been before, picture this: holiday-themed floats, marching bands filling the air with Christmas music, giant inflatables glowing under the lights, and of course - an appearance from Mr. and Mrs. Claus themselves. It’s one of Woodstock’s most beloved traditions and the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with family and friends.
A Woodstock Tradition Full of Heart:
The Santa Claus Parade has been lighting up Woodstock for decades - a tradition that began thanks to the passion and dedication of local volunteers, businesses, and community groups who come together year after year to spread holiday joy. What started as a small-town procession has grown into one of the most anticipated events of the season, drawing families from across Oxford County to share in the magic. It’s not just a parade - it’s a celebration of community spirit, creativity, and hometown pride that shines brighter with every float.
Parade Route and Details:
This year’s parade will depart from the Woodstock Fairgrounds (875 Nellis St.), travel down McKenzie Street, head west along Dundas Street, and finish up at Victoria Park. If you’re planning to come out, it’s a good idea to arrive early to grab a great spot along the route - downtown fills up quickly once the floats start rolling! And if you’re able, consider bringing a non-perishable food item to donate. Volunteers will be collecting items along the route to help support our local food banks this holiday season.

We’re making the night even sweeter this year - literally. The Gale Group Realty office will be open during the parade, serving free hot chocolate to anyone who wants to warm up and say hello. Whether you’re waiting for the parade to start or stopping by afterward, we’d love to see you!
